To continue our VRDC Pinnacle Program, Vail Resorts Development Company (VRDC) is offering select Pinnacle brokers the chance to escape the snow for a luxury beachfront vacation for two to our celebrated RockResort, The Landings St. Lucia.

Here’s how it works:
Each Summit County real estate office is allocated a specific sales goal corresponding to the number of brokers in the office. Once your office achieves their sales goal by selling residences at One Ski Hill Place, each selling broker will receive a RockResort trip to St. Lucia OR once an individual broker sells two developer residences that broker will receive a trip.

Trip Details:
The Landings St. Lucia is a luxury resort, featuring 19 acres of pristine beachside living.  Nestled along the shores of a secluded private harbor, the resort features well-appointed residences, fine dining and A RockResort Spa.

• Five nights accommodation in a Deluxe Harbor Front Villa Suite
• Roundtrip flights from DIA to St. Lucia
• Ground transportation in St. Lucia
• Breakfast and lunch daily

Trips awarded as soon as sales goal has been achieved
Each sale above the designated sales goal will qualify for a trip
Every broker who sells two Breckenridge VRDC developer residences in the above timeframe will receive a trip
Only One Ski Hill Place and Crystal Peak Lodge original developer residences qualify

_{A sale only qualifies if a fully executed and accepted contract on a developer unit at One Ski Hill Place or Crystal Peak Lodge and a 15% down payment from a qualified buyer has been received between 9/1/09 and 7/31/10 from a broker licensed in Colorado who is 18 years of age or older from your real estate office.  Sale accounts toward real estate office goal for above date and remains with that office should the broker leave that office. Individual credit for 2 sales in above dates remains with broker should they leave the office. Each trip is based on single or double occupancy in one queen sized hotel room.
